• Provide information, leads, research and references of U.S. investors/developers and other foreign investors/developers interested in projects in Vietnam and vice versa.

• Partnering with local developers/investors to involve in development consulting services on special projects based on investors’s guidelines.

• Partnering (Coordinating) with other foreign and local architecture consulting companies to implement all steps of investment preparation for developers.

• Consult for the Vietnamese investors on the investment environment and legal procedures involved when investing in the U.S. market and vice versa.

• Research and analysis of market and investment environment in Vietnam and the United States.

• Consult and invest in land, housing market, commercial sites, manufacturing buildings, etc.

• Consult and invest in production of construction materials, decorating materials, machines serving foreign and local projects

• Collaborate in consulting many areas of expertise such as professional business trips, touring new development sites, attending foreign conventions, training programs, participating in multiple foreign trade shows
